The Portal and Repository for Information on Marine Renewable Energy (PRIMRE) team is hosting a workshop at the Ocean Renewable Energy Conference (OREC 2023) in Portland, Oregon, U.S. on 21 June 2023 from 10:45am-12:00pm PT. This workshop will introduce and update users to three key applications and uses of data around marine energy.
- PRIMRE is the data system that collates, stores, and disseminates data and information on all DOE-funded marine energy projects. Key updates to the system will be highlighted.
- Data pipelines have been created to standardize and quality control marine energy data going into PRIMRE and other systems.
- The Marine Energy Environmental Toolkit collates information on permitting and makes pertinent information readily available for device and project developers.
Anyone registered to OREC is welcome to attend this workshop.
