Abstract
The 5th Symposium of the Scottish Marine Energy Research Programme (ScotMER), organized by Marine Scotland, presented recent research on seabirds, fish and fisheries, marine mammals, diadromous fish, ecosystem level research and socioeconomics, in relation to offshore renewable developments in Scotland.
The Compensatory Measures session featured a presentation by Lewis Hurley and Joel Hankinson from Marine Scotland on Habitats Regulations Assessment (HRA) Reform and Compensatory Measures.
