Abstract
The Bay of Fundy Inshore Fisherman’s Association has asked for a judicial review in the nature of certiorari, seeking to quash the decision made by Nova Scotia Environment , a delegate of the Minister of Environment on June 20, 2016, approving the installation and activation of demonstration tidal turbines in the Bay of Fundy.
