Abstract
The UK Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) is conducting a sectoral Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) of the implications of licensing parts of the North Sea for oil and gas exploration and production.
This SEA (SEA2) is the second in a series planned by the DTI, which will in stages, address the whole of UK waters.
