Abstract
The following document outlines the methodologies proposed to undertake the Monitoring Programme for marine mammals during construction of the Beatrice Offshore Windfarm Limited (BOWL) and Moray Offshore Renewables Limited (MORL) wind farm developments.
This monitoring programme has been designed to meet conditions related to the BOWL and MORL Project Environmental Monitoring Programmes (“PEMPs”), as required within the MORL and BOWL Wind Farm Section 36 Consents and Marine Licenses.
These conditions were included in consents for both projects “to ensure that appropriate and effective monitoring of the impacts of the Development is undertaken”.
