This has been executed in support of an application for consent under Section 36 of the Electricity Act 1989 submitted by the European Marine Energy Centre (EMEC) for the wave test site at Billia Croo, Orkney.The ES summarises the findings of the Environmental Appraisal (REP666) that considers potential impacts of test site activities based on the Project Envelope (REP646).
