AB - Magallanes have prepared this Project Environmental Monitoring Report (PEMP) in support of a marine licence application under the Marine (Scotland) Act 2014 to install and operate the ATIR. Magallanes will be utilising EMECs Section 36 consent to generate electricity at the suite under the Electricity Act 1989, as it is believed that the project falls within the assessed project envelope. The PEMP documents the proposed mitigation and monitoring measures relating to the ATIR and associated works.
