AB - This document is the pre-construction Environmental Monitoring Plan for Phase 1 of the London Array project. An Environmental Plan for subsequent phases of the wind farm development will be produced and submitted accordingly, and following a recommendation from the Ornithological Review Panel that these phases can go ahead. It is based on the requirements of the FEPA License (32945/09/0) The document is intended to provide details on:• The range of environmental monitoring proposed for the project;• The specifications of the proposed monitoring;• The provisional programme for all proposed monitoring; and• The proposed approach to reporting and presenting the findings of these surveys.
