Close agreement is observed in the outcomes of both models. An important aspect is the parameterisation of turbines in tidal models that typically do not resolve the individual turbine scale. Here we present a correction to the applied drag force to ensure results that are less mesh resolution dependent.The Extended Abstract is available here.
