AB - This report assesses the conformity of ornithological monitoring at ten UK offshore windfarm developments to FEPA licensing requirements. The conditions set out in the licences have also been assessed for clarity, standardisation, etc. Where appropriate, the specific questions asked in the project outline have been individually addressed in this report.Only those windfarms where monitoring as a result of FEPA licence conditions has begun have been assessed, ie, those with at least one year of pre-construction monitoring.
