AB - Examines animal survey data for signs of changes in animal abundance and distribution following marine renewables development. The functions of this package can be used to analyse segmented line transect data and nearshore vantage point data. Non-parametric bootstrapping can be used to estimate uncertainty. Several model assessment tools are available. This review constitutes work carried out at the Centre for Research into Ecological and Environmental Modelling (CREEM) at the University of St. Andrews, performed under contract for Marine Scotland
