This report contains (i) a complete description of the device and its mooring, including a breakdown of the materials incorporated within the structure, (ii) the methods proposed for removal of the device and the mooring, (iii) the potential and anticipated environmental impacts of the decommissioning process, (iv) the estimated costs of decommissioning and post-decommissioning procedures, plus the financial assurances offered to cover these costs, (v) plans for post-decommissioning monitoring.
