This report is the ESIA report to be submitted to the MoEnv. This ESIA is undertaken in accordance to the MoEnv’s ““Environmental Impact Assessment Regulation No. (37) of 2005” and the IFC Performance Standards and EHS Guidelines and EBRD performance requirements.
