Abstract
This contribution provides a view into the decommissioning method of internal offshore monopile jet cutting and the occurring hydro sound emission of the jet cutting procedure. Furthermore, the challenge of decommissioning an offshore mast and monopile in rough weather conditions in the wintertime are described and unforeseen hazards and challenges are outlined. Later, the hydro sound emissions and the measured sound levels are presented and discussed.
