About Me:

Anna Redden is a marine ecologist and Associate Professor in Biology at Acadia University. Anna is the Director of the Acadia Center for Estuarine Research and the Acadia Tidal Energy Institute. She is also a founding director of the Board of the Fundy Ocean Research Center for Energy (FORCE) and serves on committees of the offshore energy research association of Nova Scotia. Anna’s research interests include the acoustic detection of marine mammal activities, and the tracking of coastal fish and lobster in the Minas Passage. Anna is also the co-founder and co-chair of the Fundy Energy Research Network (FERN).
